En este mundo en que pululan por las calles estudiantes con filipinas, mandiles y sombreros de chef y hay en la televisión cientos de programas de cocina, desde kitchen reality shows, hasta viajes de Bourdain y Zimmern, cabría pensar que el nivel de los platillos y servicios de los restaurantes, en general, anda por los cielos.
La verdad es lo contrario: la gran mayoría anda por los suelos y muchos de ellos son engañabobos. La necesidad de un blog donde se avise qué pasa realmente en lugares de preparación y venta de comida en que se encuentra uno con desagradables sorpresas, hace imperiosa la existencia de una police gourmet, para que aquéllos que no han ido a esos lugares a comer, sepan, por lo menos, a lo que se van a enfrentar.

It’s depressing to see how only visit low-category restaurants and hostelry just to make hate, denigrate the few recognition of them and -by the way- increase your ego. It’s depressing as well that only a person manages this blog, boasting of a crew working for him… And the bots commenting this (with suspicious nicknames) supporting this joke. There’s no «article» without «enganhabobos» on it; are they commit a crime? Are you impossible to unsatisfy? Why the hate to mid/low class food places? For sure you can cook better! I’m not seeing a real review, I’m just seeing arrogancy, egocentrism and hate, followed by a foolish reason to denigrate for denigrate. For luck we have real reviewers of worthy restaurants, and not only «around the corner of my house» places. Thank you.
